预制多芯分支电缆 the multicore prefabricated branch cable
为了适应住宅建筑的发展，以及广大电气设计人员提供的宝贵意见，我公司在单芯预制分支电缆的基础上，又开发新一代三相五线的多芯预制分支电缆洗礼堂产品。它主要应用于多层建筑的照明系统。
由于多芯电缆外观大、重量重、制作预制分支电缆时外径更大，这样会造成敷设困难。因此我公司目前生产的最大多芯预制分支电缆限制在240mm2及以下的产品，品种有阻燃型、清洁型、耐火型等不同规格。
目前多芯预制分支电缆的主电缆截面在6mm2~50mm2分支线截面为4mm2~25mm2时，可多芯电缆预制单芯分支电缆;若分支线截面为35mm2~50mm2时，可多芯电缆预制单芯分支电缆；主电缆截面在70mm2~240mm2时，分支截面为4mm2~50mm2时，可多芯电缆预制多芯分支电缆；若分支截面大于50mm2可选用多芯预制单芯分支电缆。主电缆可两芯、三芯、四芯和五芯，分支线也可两芯、三芯、四芯、五芯等随意组合。多芯预制分支电缆的截流量与多芯电缆一样，安装方式与多芯电缆相似。
for adaptiong the development of the modern residence building,our company adopt a great amount of valuable suggestions provided by many electric designers,and create successfully the multicore prefabricated branch of 3-phase,5-wire on the base of the single core prefabricated branch cable.
multicore cable is heavy and has long outside diameter,furthemore its outside diameter will be longer when it hasbeen made into prefabricated branch cable.all of above will cause great difficulties when the cables are iaid.so the multicore prefabricated branch cable produced by our company at now is limited 240mm2 and below.there are several models including fire-retardant model,fire-tote pant model,equialent section model and non-equivalent section model.
at now,we can make multicore branch cable from moulticore cable when the root cable section is between 6mm2 and 50mm2,the branch cables section is between 4mm2 and 25mm2,and make single core branch cable from multicore cable when the root cable section is between 6mm2 and 50mm2,the branch cable section is between 35mm2 and 50mm2, furthermoren we can make multicore branch cable frommulticore cable when the root cable section is between 70mm2 an 240mm2,the branch cable section is between 4mm2 and 50mm2,and make single core branch cable from multicore cable when the root cable section is between 6mm2 and 50mm2,the branch cable section is more than 50mm2, the root cable can be 2-core,3-core,4-core and 5-core,an the branch cable also has these choices,any combination of root cable and branch cable is pemitted.the current capacity of the multicore prefabricated branch cable is same as that of the multicore cable.and the means of instanling is also simiar.
