我公司在继低预制分支电缆之后，又成功的开发出 fdz-10kv 系列中压单芯恺装预制分支电缆系产品，它的出现解决了原来中压配电线路中
分支难、制作质量差、故障多、制作环境要求高等一系列大难题。中压预制分支电缆应用于机场跑道、矿井等场所。
after the successful develipment of low voltage precadt branch cable we also developed fdz-10 series medium voltage precast branch
cable series products.the product solves the series of problems of beingdiffcult to branch cable,poor operation quality, a lot of faults.high environmental requirements of operation and etc.

4、接触电阻：r1：r2≤1.2，r1为接触电阻，r2为等长的基线电阻。

主要优点 main advantages
1、绝缘采用高压聚乙烯模压成型、外护套为模型工艺，这些都能保证它们与原电缆的绝缘和护套粘合一起，使其防水、气密，可直埋使用。
2、连接件采用镀银经 lyz 工艺成型，使地主干线与分支线的接触电阻很小（接近于基线电阻），而且长时间不会氧分。
3、连接件经 lyz 工艺处理品为特殊形状后，保证了分支连接体不但不受热胀冷缩的影响，而随连接的膨胀，分支线与主干线之间的抱紧力会增大，接触电阻更小。
4、工厂化制作，解决了现场制作时的环境、工艺、人员素质、工具等对质量的影响，同时也大大节省了安装时间。

1、insulator of the product is made up of high.voltage polytne and formed by mould predding.and the sheath adopts mould technology,thus,the insulator and sheath ca门be adhered with i门sulator and sheath of original cable to protect it from water water and make it air tight.lt can be laid directly in earth.
2、the connecting piece is plated with silver and formed by lyz technology,therefore the contact resistance of ground main cable and branch cable is very little(is close to base line resistance)and the piece wont be oxidized in a long period.
3、after being processed into special shape by lyz technology,the connection piece assures that the branch connector expandswith connectiong piece instead of expanding with heat and contracting cold.then,thenighteming force between branch wire and main cable will be increased a门d the contact resista门ce will be smaller.
4、being operated in factory,the product solves solves the quality problem of being effected by environment,technology,staff quality,tool,etc,during operation in field and meanwhile,it saves installation time greatly.
